✔ Firstly, another busy and successful year for SENPOS at the AGE and thank you to all of our current and future customers who stopped by the stand.
The key messages from venues was about gaining efficiencies from their POS, and a lot of venues are looking for their POS vendor to be a partner in the running of their business. They want to work together to achieve their business goals.

✔ There was also a lot of emphasis on how venues can RE-ENGAGE WITH MEMBERS and encourage patrons to come back to their venue. Venues are realising they’ve got to look at other ways to attract members to come back. It’s not always about the gaming and venues are trying other ways to entice a younger age bracket into the venue (25-45) through fine dining and entertainment. Our Members Insight module can provide this insight into customer behaviour and venues were very interested in this module.

✔ The BIG HIT on our stand of course was the KIOSK. Its ability to engage members with the Games and Virtual Barrel Draw was a winner. The Kiosk provides a customer service point where customer can skip queues when renewing membership, buying raffle tickets, ordering meals or setting up bar tabs.

✔ And as in previous years, our current customers enjoyed talking to our technical team on the stand. Getting first hand advice from those in the know.
