With Cessnock Leagues, Paxton Bowling Club and Vincent Street all using the SENPOS system, we spoke to Natalie Kelly, Marketing Manager, about the benefits of the SENPOS system.
Why is a point of sale system integral to your business?
It provides daily cash handling, reporting, confidence in stock control and pricing across all sites. Member promotions are the integral component to a Club’s success and we rely on the features of our point of sale and membership information to benefit and make the Club successful and grow.
What features of the system do you like the most?
- The SENPOS Kiosk, which is great for its ease of use and Games which allow extra points for members.
- The promotional signage at the cash register tills for upsells and offers.
- Reporting is made really simple. In fact, the SENPOS system overall is very easy to use.
- Member promotions which are so important to our success as a venue.
- Members points allocations and accumulations
- Random Prize Promotion which gives our members unexpected wins.
- Virtual Barrel Draw which is really effective.
You recently installed a SENPOS Members Kiosk. What functions of the kiosk are used the most?
The Kiosk is located in the front reception/foyer area and is getting a great response from our members. The functions used the most are members checking their points, members receiving promotion entry tickets and the addition of games attracts members to be awarded more points.
Additionally, Stacey White, Club Admin Manager says, “The Kiosk is great for our members as it’s like a one-stop-shop for them. It’s easy to use, they can swipe on, see their points and be awarded prizes. It’s great for the Club too because we can advertise our events and the promotions we are currently running, so we’re engaging our members as soon as they walk in the front door.”
