With the silly season upon us, I wanted to take this opportunity to wish everyone a safe and Happy Christmas, and recap on some of the highlights from 2019.

Once again the AGE Expo proved to be a HUGE success with an engaged audience visiting our stand, and a hive of activity and interest around our Members Kiosk as its popularity continues to grow. We will see you there in 2020 too!

The “Members Insights” module is proving to be a real game changer for data-driven decision making and I know many of you are already enjoying the additional data at your fingertips. This intelligent module delivers promotions based on data gathered around member demographics and POS activity, allowing insights into patron activity including food and beverage preferences, interests, spending habits, dates and times visited, and so forth. Long story short –  data driven decisions increase your revenue.

Additionally, we released THREE other new modules all geared towards enhancing the customer experience. The “Raffles” module allows raffle tickets to be sold or awarded as a prize through our terminals, tablets or Kiosk. The “Virtual Barrel Draw” brings your barrel draw into the 21st Century and entries can be awarded at the POS or Kiosk on set terms. And the “Random Prize Promotion” allows you to award random prizes at the Point of Sale or Kiosk and every person who swipes their card at the time of the promotion could win.

Our integrations continue to grow, providing even greater functionality with Gobsmacked Loyalty, Westpac Presto, and Oracle Opera 5.5 added to our extensive integration list.

And the trend towards mobile POS continues. It’s definitely the biggest shift happening right now due to the huge operational benefit gained when staff can take orders and complete transactions anywhere in the venue.

It’s been another big year for us and as our valued customer, we look forward to continuing to support your business operations as we continually strive for POS excellence.

Once again, from myself and the entire SENPOS team, have a very happy and healthy Christmas and New Year.

Here’s to 2020!

Best regards
George Tuntevski
