Our relationship with the people at SENPOS is key to our venue’s point of sale success. The team is flexible and always willing to assist us in a timely and professional manner. The SENPOS system has definitely improved business efficiencies throughout our venue.

Being able to create effective promotions to targeted sub-groups allows us to tailor our marketing to our members.

The definition of a successful install when working in a customer-centric environment is to complete it with the customers being none the wiser, and the SENPOS installation was approached and completed with this result.

Our Club’s Food and Beverage Manager, who had a leading role in the installation, said that he believes on average, transaction time has nearly been cut in half in the Club’s Brasserie since installing SENPOS!

The move to SENPOS as our Point of Sale provider was an easy decision due to our long standing relationship with parent company, Sharp Office. The superior level of service and attention to detail we have come to expect over the last 30 plus years is now exactly what we receive from SENPOS.

Being able to make changes to any till in our venue and have these reflect almost instantaneously on the screens and in our sales was a great improvement for us. Being local was a major factor also. What we’ve really enjoyed about partnering with SENPOS is definitely the support that has been provided to us.

The team at Singleton Diggers find both front of house and back of house programs easy to navigate and the management team find the ease of use in setting up promotions and linking with various other supplier’s programs wonderful. However, should the team ever need help, SENPOS Support is always there to lend a hand.

We like that SENPOS is evolving and moving forward with the products they offer, unlike many other POS providers who are being left behind. The new SENPOS Kiosk offering is a great example of this. On top of this, I have to give the support team a big endorsement!
