Quirindi RSL Club recently transitioned to several new POS terminals, a Members Hub Kiosk and Visual Content to broadcast content on menu boards. According to Tina, members are embracing the new Members Kiosk enthusiastically, and particularly enjoy the interactive games where members can win prizes, points, or Club vouchers.

Another way the Club is engaging with its members is by having “schooner cards allocated to their membership cards”, so members can easily redeem rather than keep track of a cardboard loyalty card Tina described.

The Club is also in the process of constructing a new outdoor gaming area and deck, with plans to include a children’s play gym and other developments to make the club a “more family-friendly environment for the community”, said Tina.
