Member engagement that packs a punch
Member engagement in your venue is one of the keys to a successful experience at any venue. We’ve developed the latest version of our Member Insights module to help you gather member data to create personalised campaigns and rewards, such as from member visits, what they buy at your point-of-sale and their interests. Highlighting the latest version, we showed visitors how to easily filter data by member tier and last visit, plus more, to schedule and send seamless campaigns quickly.
SENPOS Support is your local support team
An integral part of the service offering here at SENPOS is our local and Australian-based Support Team which helps answer questions, offer training, and provide solutions to your venue’s operations whilst providing an online library through our SENPOS Learning Hub. At this year’s Expo, some of our visiting customers commented on how helpful our team were throughout their POS installation, learning about promotions and making the most of back-of-house reporting.
