The integration connects online voucher sales directly with SENPOS, so when a customer purchases a gift voucher through a venue’s website, the voucher is automatically created in SENPOS. The voucher code, value and expiry date are transferred across, meaning it is ready to be redeemed at the POS when the customer visits the venue.

This removes the need for staff to manually enter voucher details and provides a more streamlined process from online purchase through to in-venue redemption.
