SENPOS welcomed aboard two new venues this month, Ballina RSL Club in Northern NSW and Benowa Bowls Club on the Gold Coast. Both clubs have benefited from some instant improvements to operations.

Overlooking the Richmond River, the Ballina RSL offers its members a full lifestyle experience across two levels, with various facilities including The Boardwalk, The Craft Bar, Museum, Outdoor Terraces, Sports Lounge, and Function Centre.
With the installation of SENPOS and 19 new point of sale terminals, the club benefits by:
  • Utilising the latest POS technology
  • Offering its members table ordering with OrderToGo
  • Capability to run multiple membership rewards programs
  • Streamlining inventory management with inbuilt stock control
  • Enhanced and increased promotions using an all-in-one system
Additionally, the staff will no longer have to rely on printers and paper in kitchens throughout the venue, with 6 new bump screens helping their busy kitchen to operate more smoothly. Thank you to Bill Coulter, James Rogers, Mitya Castillo and the team for choosing to work with SENPOS.
We also welcomed Benowa Bowls onboard. Self-described as ‘the little club with the big heart’, this popular club is located in the heart of the Gold Coast. Patrons enjoy the club’s hospitality and entertainment in a relaxed and fun atmosphere, spending time together or playing bowls with family and friends.
Brendan Driscoll and the team thoroughly enjoyed working with Manager Secretary Tracy O’Shea, who, with the help of our SENPOS trainer, has been learning the software’s features and discovering efficiencies she never thought possible. Tracy has particularly enjoyed:
  • The easy navigation of the keypad.
  • Automating daily, weekly and monthly reports that send directly to her email.
  • Implementing multiple club promotions, including a pre-payment promotion for drinks, birthday vouchers and member rewards for reaching certain spend amounts.
  • The PLU price wizard that makes pricing updates across multiple departments or products quick and easy.
We look forward to continuing to work with Tracy and her team in transitioning to SENPOS. It’s been wonderful to see her enjoying all the improvements the system has brought to the club.
